Prenod Ricard Winemakers

Pernod Ricard Winemakers have worked with us since 2013. We have delivered a varied and responsive curriculum ranging from Excel to strategic leadership development content. In our first year, we delivered a fairly ambitious programme and since then, we have continued to refine the delivery methods and content in line with changing business needs and the changing face of the learning team.

DAIRYCRAFT Logistics - Fonterra Working with the passionate Supply Chain team, we were involved in the design and development of a bespoke learning programme for the Operators.  This involved a significant learning needs analysis and then uncovering an appropriate qualification that could be linked to the completion of the programme.  Learn more about it here.
Manukau Institute of Technology Our long-standing relationship with MIT has meant we were well placed to support the recent significant change in their operating and organisational model.  Needing to respond more effectively to the contemporary educational environment, MIT needed to re-charge their academic infrastructure so it was more agile, adaptive and relevant to deliver student success.  With a unique set of challenges, the change has so far been a resounding success.  Read more here.

One of the most well-known brands in the world, we have worked with McDonald's in various ways since 2006. The 2014 McAcademy programme is an example of how we have supported the deployment of front-line management and leadership development amongst many other interventions.

Tower Insurance Having appointed a new leadership team, and wanting to shift the culture of the organisation, the new CEO invited Beyond Performance to work with him to develop a programme of work that would create a launchpad for the achievement of the new strategy.  We worked on engaging the teams with new values, developed a programme of change to support new cultural behaviours and outcomes, and supported the growth and development of the leadership team.  Learn more here.
