I wanted to be sure that I extracted the maximum benefit from insights shared by entrepreneurial trailblazers, Theresa Gattung, Claudia Batten and Michelle Pratt at the recent Ignite event run by Co. of Women. I attended the event with a main objective in mind: to learn something — so I thought that I would share my learning journey with you!

Passion & Performance, the learning and development centre for a group of automotive brands who distribute vehicles under license, decided to outsource their learning interventions in May 2014. Beyond Performance was brought in to develop an end-to-end programme for internal support staff across the group, including employees of Hyundai, Renault and Isuzu distribution teams; New World Motors, distributor of ZIC Oil; their IT business, IB4T; their mechanical team and their logistics arm, The Distribution Centre.
